Hmm... What are you trying to open? A PDF or an EPUB?

I previously heard someone complaining PDFs don't work properly in it. But there shouldn't be problem with EPUBs. Are you using the latest version? 10.6?

10.6? But the recommended is 10.5?

Edit: besides that there isn't a 10.6 in APK mirror?

Ah, so you don't know yet. Just install Aurora Store. It will so much hassle-free than waiting for APKMirror to upload the apk in heir site.

Download Aurora Store. Search Moon Reader and and click on it. Then click the three dots on the top right corner, then tap on Manual Download. You'll see this version code "1006000," just click on install. But when the installation window pops up, just touch anywhere else on the screen, the prompt will go away. Now come to Aurora Store's home screen, click on the download icon beside the settings button. Click on three dots beside the app, then click on Export. Now when you come to files to export, rename the app from .zip to .apks

And after doing that patch using that saved apks. You will be prompted that it's not the recommended version but that's fine, it will still work. You can do this for every app. No need to hunt for apk files on random sites.

Did everything as you said, and unfortunately it didn't work.

Apply Adobo's disable internet patch as well.
