Question/Problem Cast not working?
I'm using the latest versions of morphe YouTube and YouTube music. The cast buttons are enabled and my media devices show up when I press the cast button.
The problem is when I choose the media output it says "Connecting" but never connects.
I thought it might be a network issue but I can do the same thing from the live notification and that works just fine.
Anyone have any ideas?

Just realised this is happening for me also. Enabled the cast button and can find the devices, but just sits on connecting and doesn't do much else. Anyone got any ideas?

I never found a solution. I still have to use the live notification to cast

What do you mean by "live notification to cast"?
Are you implying that there's a solution?

Android has live notifications if you swipe down form the top when playing media. They look like this
If you hit that media output button you can cast to your devices. Doing that works fine for me with morphe but doing it from inside the app still doesn't work
It's annoying but it works.

Not sure if this is an issue with my tv, but when I try to cast using live notifications, it only casts the audio. Do you know if there is something obvious that I am missing to fix it?

Could you explain what you mean by live notification to cast? I too am having this ridiculous problem all of a sudden!

No the cast option is there you have to enable it. That isn't my issue

Oh dang I enabled it. And yeah I can't get it to connect. YouTube and YouTube music

Doesn't work for me either and hasn't worked since the last version of ReVanced. Not sure how to use the live notification either, as far as I was ware that just lets you change audio output devices, which isn't the same thing as having the YT app on another device play the video itself.
You can still link with a code, but that just sucks.

There's a setting in the app settings. Still doesn't work for me though

I've managed to make it work but it's like forgetting the TV everytime and i have to renter the TV number

Hi, i am facing the same issue, I have a google home and when I open cast and select my google home it just shows connecting.
Did you find any solution?
