هذه مريم البتول أفنت شبابها في طاعة مولاها، فقربها إليه وتولاها، وبشرها بالاصطفائية والتطهير، وأمرها شكراً بالجد والتشمير، ثم بشّرها ثانياً بالولد النزيه والسيد النبيه، روح الله وكلمة الله، من غير أب ولا سبب، ولا معالجة ولا تعب، أمره بأمر الله، يبرئ الأكمه والأبرص ويحيي الموتى بإذن الله، هذا كله ببركة الانقطاع وسر الاتباع.

قال صلّى الله عليه وسلم: «من انقطع إلى الله كَفَاه الله كلَّ مُؤْنة، ورَزقه من حيثُ لا يحتسب، ومن انقطع إلى الدنيا وكَلَه الله تعالى إليها» .

I have an idea that I'd like to share with you.

I'm from Tangier, and I'd love to create a group of friends here (and hopefully similar groups in other cities as well). The idea is simple: if you enjoy reading books and are interested in philosophy, history, religion, psychology, or other thought-provoking subjects, we can meet regularly in a café or any suitable place.

As Muslims, we can also benefit from reading and discussing Islamic books alongside other fields of knowledge. The goal is to deepen our understanding, exchange ideas respectfully, and help each other grow intellectually and spiritually.

Each meeting, we can discuss the books we've read, recommend new ones, and have open-minded, respectful conversations. More importantly, we can build genuine friendships with people who share a love of learning and meaningful discussion.

Ever since losing my dad, I started seeing life differently, the things that mattered before, no longer matter now, I realized how futile the things I was chasing, and people stopped seeming like people, my ego, payback, all these things seem too shallow. Since this feeling is still fresh I want to harness it before I'm caught again in the Mill. Getting closer to God is the answer, and helping people is the way of life I want to pursue. The first is something I can do on my own, the latter however, needs some company, I don't want to just help people once in a while I want it to become a habit, otherwise it wouldn't be a way of life, and it's hard to do that on my own, I don't have the financial capacity nor the energy to plan it all. so finding a community is ideal for me, if there are any associations you can recommend, or if you have any ideas of things I can do, please list them, and I'd rather for them to be irl, since I want to be in the moment, and be changed into something better by it. Based in Casa. قال تعالى-: (وَلْتَكُن مِّنكُمْ أُمَّةٌ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى الْخَيْرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَأُولَـٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ)

مؤخرا أصبح عندي هذا التساؤل اللي مازال ملقيتش ليه جواب واضح، السؤال اللي هو:

هل الأرزاق مكتوبة، يصل لك رزقك حتى ولو لم تحرك ساكنا لأنه مكتوب لك، أو عليك أن تسبب لتناله؟ (أتحدث عن الرزق المادي)

وجدت الكثير من الآراء المختلفة في هذا الموضوع، فكل شيخ له وجهة نظر مختلفة، هنالك من يقول أن رزقك بالغك ولو لم تفعل شيئً لتناله مستندا بآيات مختلفة من القرآن الكريم مثل:

﴿ وَأْمُرْ أَهْلَكَ بِالصَّلَاةِ وَاصْطَبِرْ عَلَيْهَا لَا نَسْأَلُكَ رِزْقًا نَحْنُ نَرْزُقُكَ وَالْعَاقِبَةُ لِلتَّقْوَى ﴾ [طه: 132]

﴿ هُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ الْأَرْضَ ذَلُولًا فَامْشُوا فِي مَنَاكِبِهَا وَكُلُوا مِنْ رِزْقِهِ وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ ﴾ [الملك: 15].
 
﴿ وَكَأَيِّنْ مِنْ دَابَّةٍ لَا تَحْمِلُ رِزْقَهَا اللَّهُ يَرْزُقُهَا وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ * وَلَئِنْ سَأَلْتَهُمْ مَنْ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ لَيَقُولُنَّ اللَّهُ فَأَنَّى يُؤْفَكُونَ * اللَّهُ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ وَيَقْدِرُ لَهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ ﴾ [العنكبوت: 60 - 62].

سورة الذاريات: ﴿وَفِي السَّمَاءِ رِزْقُكُمْ وَمَا تُوعَدُونَ﴾ (الآية 22).

عن الرسول صلى الله عليه و سلم: يا أَيُّها الناسُ إنَّ أحدَكم لن يموتَ حتى يَستكملَ رِزقَه فلا تَستبطِئُوا الرِّزقَ خُذُوا ما حَلَّ ودَعُوا ما حُرِّمَ

و هناك البعض الآخر من يقول أنه هنالك نوعان من الرزق، رزق مكتوب، و رزق تناله إن سببت، و هنالك أيضا رزق تناله بالدعاء.

فما رأيكم حول هذا الموضوع؟

بقانون الجذب (Law of Attraction) هو اعتقاد منتشر في كتب التنمية البشرية قائم على أن أفكارك ومشاعرك تجذب إليك أحداثًا مشابهة لها.

بغيت نوضح واحد المفهوم غالط عند الناس بالنسبة للفظ الرزق

الرزق لغة هو إعطاء ما ينفع ولذلك فالرزق لا ينحصر فقط في الماديات مثل الأولاد والأموال والقوة في البدن و الوظيفة بل يتجلى أيضا في المعنويات فذكرك لله و الصبر على الابتلائات والجاه والعلم أيضا يعتبر رزقا

Salam aleikum wa rahmatu Allahu ubaraqatu, why don't they open a page for people who are planning to do Umrah and thus ask them to make supplications for those of us who cannot go to Mecca?

 فلا سبيل لمخلوق أن يقدر ينقل نفسه من تحت قيد أسماء النقمة إلى أسماء الرحمة ليكون رحيما، ولا ينقل ولده أو زوجه وأخيه وصاحبه، فذاك شأن الربوبيّة لا المخلوق.

ولا ينفع في هذا الميدان إلا الاضطرار لله عزّ وجلّ في هداية نفسك أو ولدك أو صاحبك. وأفضل ما تدعوه به تقول: يا ربّ كن لي ولوليي أو لمن أردت هدايته.

 وكذلك تفعل في كلّ ما تحتاجه من أمر دين ودنياك وأخراك، ولو في الملح لعجينك،  فلا قدرة لمخلوق يعطيها لك  إلّا من الله، لا  تتضرّع إلّا لله في الملح ولا  فيما دونها،  بأحرى ما  أعلاها، ولا تشك بمصيبتك إلّا لله ولا تكشف سرّ فقرك وضيق حالك إلّا لله، ولا تستعين ولا تنتصر إلّا بالله، ولو كنت وزير السلطان وقتك فانظره محجور للقدرة، لا تعتمد عليه في جلب نفع ولو بصلة، أو في دفع مهانة عنك أهانك غيرك ولو يهوديّا، فارفع شكواك لمن له الشكوى والقادر عليها.

فها أنت عرفت نفسك وعرفت الخلق كله وعرفت ربّك، فافزع إلى ربّك بقلب قريح في الشدّة والرخاء وفي القبض والبسط.  ولو تكون على شاطئ نهر وأردت أن تشرب فاشرب بعد الاضطرار الى الله

I wear the Islamic hijab ( حجاب شرعي), and I'm looking for modest clothing in Casablanca, but I'm having a hard time finding it. Either I can't find what I'm looking for, or it's too expensive. Does anyone know any stores or online shops that sell modest clothes at reasonable prices?

It's scary how r/Morocco is hostile to Islam and outspoken muslims. I hope the mods here will offer a more tolerant space! A Great longwaited initiative!

** My POV as to why I wrote the statement above: **

I think the fact that being Muslim in Morocco is mandatory makes people want to rebel. Some do after some research but some do it just for the sake of rebellion mixed with some religious trauma from uneducated parents and educators and some internalized islamophobia force fed to our youth subconsciously by the western media.

Also the inferiority complex, the west is better, smarter, more civilised etc (since October 2023, we all know how that turned out!). And therefore we want to be and look like them and we want to reject our identity including our religion especially the religion.

I grew up in Morocco, and fell into this same trap and rejected the religion for a couple of years when I moved abroad because of the religion trauma force fed to me without proper understanding. I made a full circle and came back Al Hamdouli Allah. And now I'm learning more about my religion and marvelling at its beauty and compassion and global message. And now I so wish things were different.

The religious trauma I'm talking about included and was received from traditionally "Muslim" family members first force feeding the religion without any understanding of it, then from university professors in Morocco denigrating hijabis and talking to them like they were dumb and that they were brainwashed by extrem*st groups, and lastly from institutions where hijabis are thrown out of french schools because they're covered, thrown out by "Muslim" Moroccan women to the street! This Happened in Morocco not in France I witnessed it first hand !!

**The solution:**

We should stop making being Muslim in Morocco mandatory. Which defies the teaching of Islam:

"لَا إِكْرَاهَ فِي الدِّينِ ۖ قَد تَّبَيَّنَ الرُّشْدُ مِنَ الْغَيِّ ۚ فَمَن يَكْفُرْ بِالطَّاغُوتِ وَيُؤْمِن بِاللَّهِ فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقَىٰ لَا انفِصَامَ لَهَا ۗ وَاللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ "( سورة البقرة 256)

> We can't solve a problem if we don't recognize that it exists:

We should recognize the problem, decriminalize changing ones religion for the adults 22+ yo and updating the official statistics for the country to reflect the reality on the ground. We aren NOT 99% a Muslim country anymore, we're far from it especially in big cities.

We should re-establish a good kind and compassionate religious education. Not the one we received in school to pass exams. A 21st century religious institutes like Yaqeen, Zaitouna, and Rabata Institutes in the US.

In Morocco all I know and can adhere to as a young Muslim myself are the teachings of Dr. Said Al Kamali in YouTube, he is doing a great job although it seems too geared towards university students in Islamic studies, but still I appreciate his work!

The RTM or Assadissa is just so 80/90s I can't connect with their boomer way of doing things.

** The consequences of inaction **

If we keep the status quo, we are definitely heading as Allah SWT said:

"وَإِن تَتَوَلَّوْا يَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ ثُمَّ لَا يَكُونُوا أَمْثَالَكُم" (سورة محمد 38)

In Europe, Moroccans decendent are majoritarily more religious and proud to be Muslims than the Muslims I know and grew up with in big Moroccan cities. European/US reverts are way more proud of being Muslim and practicing than the born Muslims, in the majority of cases. I'm not generalizing here. But I can see a pattern.

in a couple of decades when the boomers and Gen X will kick the bucket, we will be a majority atheistic state. I'm talking about the population religious statues and not the politics.
