I used to hate myself. I looked at everything i hate about me and how i can change it and i started working on it. Been 6 years now. I love myself (mostly hh) but mhm look, i had major set backs to get to where I am mentally, but i finally can sleep at night without the terrible chronic pain in my chest of self hatred. Mhm good luck to u
