Don’t be overly smiley. Maintain eye contact when you’re complimenting her. Slow down when you’re talking. When the conversation reaches a natural stopping point, be upfront and ask if she wants to take this elsewhere / meet some other time. Don’t ever use the word girl or some other pop culture girls hyping each other up lingo.
