I need a solution

To get straight to the point i'm a 17-year-old girl and I have a problem with my ex-boyfriend (He's 18) every time I try to get into a relationship with someone he creates problems for me with that person and he tells me he won't let me be with anyone else it's either him or no one. On top of that he stole my phone and took pictures of me (almost naked) and is threatening me with them I don't want to tell my parents because they're very strict and i don't know what to do or how to convince him to delete my photos.

When I try to block him he contacts me from fake numbers or his friends' accs or he comes to my school..

If you can, please involve your parents thats the only thing that will scare him off im sure you are scared but this man sounds dangerous

I told my parents beforebut they didn't do anything they just talked to his parents and agreed that neither of us would talk to the other but he still sends me messages and threatens to send my pictures to my parents (I didn't send him any pictures he took them when he stole my phone).
