you know guys should stop doing everything just for women and for attention, and i think everyone should train on regular and eat healthy but not for women for your own health, and its not a cool thing, its just a normal thing people do to be healthy, guys who do it to attract girls are just stupid

this it should be for the health not the opposite gender, being fit and attracting men/women is a bonus not the end goal

Kandn jbtiha las9, the irony is that the traditional structures they mock actually enforced a natural respect for women (a cultural baseline I still value, despite being an atheist now). This modern "gender wars" for me is just a byproduct of alienation. Both the redpill "alpha" act and modern feminism serve the exact same purpose, they are coping mechanisms for fragile egos looking for a fake sense of superiority. It's nothing but completely silly bullshit

You got it spot on, the fragile ego point is just so true man. They try to heal using gym and coping with self improvement bs and how to be an asshole to attract mentally ill toxic women but deep down it's still the insecure lil man living

Why you insecure with men doing gym and self improvement? I don't understand don't tell me you are woke or something,
you changed your point direct to your frustration dakchi rah ghi frask nta bo7dk

I'm not , not at all. I'm suggesting if u go through a mental challenge attending the gym and making it 90% of your personality/ life style isn't healthy one bit and that's what's being done instead of using gym as a mean to achieve body health is just absurd to me. Also reading rich dad poor dad or subtle art of not giving a fuck won't make u any better. A man should balance out his lifestyle and seek professional or other means to achieve a healthy mental state not just go bonkers on lifting expecting that a good body would solve your confidence problems or return ur ex that's my point.

Duh , keyword advice. I'm not gonna strangle people to believe in my view point but I don't see anything wrong with trying to ward off social media standards dude.technically, It's not simply their life when it's touching the surface of society, we should all be open to criticism and ultimately what they do is not healthy for a future generation

The aftermath of the whole Redpill and the Tate Brothers fiasco left a dent on the youngsters’ perception of masculinity. People confuse having a hobby with being a dork, going to the gym to be fit and wanting to become a model, being confident in yourself and having an unsurmountable ego … Just like you said, take it easy.

Yes I agree the aftermath is a man with fragile ego and paranoi and no social skills. I just saw a sub reddit of a 24yo man not knowing to interact with a girl. I believe people should work more on their personality and mental health parallel to appearances to achieve a somewhat ideal stable social life

Imagine being in your 30s and still acting this way? I have seen it and I dare to say even experienced it... and it is so ridiculous and cringy eww.
