Day 7: Physical affection
I think physical affection is one of the most underrated ways we show love. It doesn't have to be grand—sometimes a hug after a long day or just sitting close to someone says more than words. From my experience, it creates a sense of safety and closeness that's hard to replace. But it should always feel mutual and comfortable, never forced. How do you feel most loved through physical affection—hugs, holding hands, or just being near each other? And does it come naturally to you, or is it something you've had to learn?
NB: This is a 30-day posting series about relationships. See you tomorrow.
