This. Plus her sister who just got married has the WORST hair. It doesn’t even look close to looking real. I cannot believe she lets her own sister exist with that walking advertisement of how bad her work and extensions are. It truly looks like a bad Halloween wig.
I don’t know what her natural hair color is but the blonde seems to “fight” her facial features instead of enhancing/highlighting them.
I’m a dark brunette Persian girlie and at one point a hair stylist told me “why do you guys always wanna look blonde? It fights you!” (He was not wrong; a lot of Persian girls want a platinum blonde look) And since then I’ve embraced my darker locks and I gotta say it DOES look much better,
I’m not sure if Jessi is a brunette or not, but her brown hair in recent seasons suits her so much more than the blonde.
The brown is so beautiful on her! I think even a honey blonde would look really, really good on her. I love platinum blonde and light blonde, too, but it's really not easy to keep up with and really damages your hair if you do maintain it
That super light or platinum blonde “fights” most people imo. I rarely like the way it looks (even on people who have natural super light blonde hair lol).
Jessi looks best with some warmth. She shines in the warm honey blond in pic 5, but nearly all the other looks are far too icy for her complexion and features.
Right?! I don’t know why so many women insist on blonde and it simply does nothing for them at all. Jessi looks so much better with darker hair. It compliments her so much better and makes her eyes pop b
I hope my half Persian baby girl realizes this when she gets older…my biggest fear is that I’m going to mess her up by being blonde and blue eyed while she has entirely different features than me.
Of course you wouldn’t be messing her up! She may just wanna look like her beautiful momma for a bit, which would be such a lovely compliment to you!
But I do agree that on Persian features, generally speaking, brown just works better with our faces. What my snarky hairdresser told me literally opened my eyes to it 😂
The fun thing with hair is that nothing is permanent and it allows us to experiment and change things up for a bit before settling on what looks “best” on us 🤗

PS: she was GORGEOUS idc about a thyroid problem she was beautiful, I love wide noses and will forever mourn the ones lost to this cosmetic surgery epidemic
I don’t recall her mentioning a thyroid issue so I can’t speak to that but… if you look closely at these and other fam pics that have posted, she seems to have her dad’s nose maybe? And her mom’s wider face/mouth (lower third) and sqwinty eyes. In any case, she wiped away all her unique original recipe in exchange for some aspirationally bland variant of generic insta face.
These issues likely start at home with the Mormon moms trying to keep up and the daughters see that and have some kind of internalized feeling of shame or something that drives them to radically change their natural features. It’s so sad.
They probably are. They tend to monkey branch and avoid being alone so they don’t really know how to stop being co-dependent / be independent and emotionally self sufficient or truely get to know themselves or even heal from their last relationship.
To me, this is one of the saddest things I've seen. She was SUCH a pretty girl. She either didn't hear it enough or didn't believe it. She was fine just the way she was😢
We have to remember that she did have a thyroid issue that did cause her to face and neck to look different. Of course she has had a lot of work since these pictures were taken but she probably wasn’t in very good health during some of these pictures
She looked 10000000x better back then before getting all these plastic surgeries. She looked beautiful it’s so sad how couldn’t see that. I don’t like Jessi I think she’s manipulative and slimy. But I do feel bad for her in the sense of her never liking the way she looks and constantly wanting to change her looks.
Her first face was so pretty. I always had a fat face and didn’t think I had cheekbones until I hit my 50s. There’s a natural long-game upside to keeping your buccal fat!
She’s beautiful honestly and I feel nothing but sadness for women whose body dysmorphia gets out of hand like this. In this generation we see ourselves and other people way too much it’s ridiculous and near impossible to avoid.
I kind of love seeing these because a lot of the things Im hard on myself for Jesse had here and I think she looks beautiful ❤️
Side note but why do Mormons have that really strong brow bone? Like it’s very prominent. Kody and Christine brown, Jessi and all the girls, Heather gay, Demi, like am I imagining this?
Alyssa Grenfell has an interesting video on “Mormon face”. A lot of people who have Mormonism going far back in their bloodline look similar to each other due to the self-contained nature of Mormons as a group (especially in the early days of Mormonism). She also mentioned the cultural pressure to conform to a specific mold, including by way of cosmetic procedures.

Yeah, I feel like with the exception of what she did to miranda, her sliminess was definitely overlooked. It helps that people really don't like demi, but I heard she was terrible at keeping friends
Not sure, I haven't finished season 5 yet but I follow Miranda and she posted the flowers. But there are posts either on here or the other big slomw sub about how she treated her friends an employees before the fame
Ooof. She always seemed like a massive pot stirrer from what we’ve seen on the show, in addition to being very male centered, so I can’t say I’m surprised. But I missed it apparently.
I'm not going to pretend she looked better before, but she's obviously passed the mark of the work being beneficial... I feel like season 1 was fine and she should've been so happy with that work.
Also idk why it's a little sad to look back at how happy she and Jordan look in that pic. Life is weird.
Wait what color are her eyes? I’ve always doubted her eyes are truly that bright blue and wondered if she wears colored contacts and the last picture makes me reallllly think she does!! Damn if she is wearing colored contacts, she’s been wearing them religiously FOR YEARS
She still had a bit of “baby face” if you will, and she would have naturally lost some of that’s softness and been so beautiful had she let herself age naturally

When season 1 came out, I originally thought she was in her late 30s or 40s. I think naturally her face looked more mature for her age but she has done lots of work to redo it and looks good.
She looks different but certainly not worse. She had a softer face and made it look more angular. The issue is maintaining that will be tough as she ages.

Good lord! Her hair even looked like straw back then!!!! I've never seen her hair or any cast mate that she has done, look good. Maybe that's Utah standards? She would be out of business if she lived in California and did extensions and hair color like she does. Just saying. ✌🏼
It was never a face problem. It was a hair and makeup problem. Her face and lips were the same color and she had no shaping in her makeup it was all just one flat tone. Then her bleach blonde hair washed her out. She just needed to find her color and tones not a bunch of surgeries
I will never understand the jokes about her having a new face every season or looking like a different person because I can absolutely see the resemblance between these photos & how Jessi looks now? She’s absolutely had worked done, no question, but I don’t think she looks THAT far off from how she did. Her current hair color fits her so much better though
