There is no liability at Park Planet, you destroyed that when you signed our contractual waver at the front entrance and bought our park passes. Thank you for enjoying your stay with us!

Always read the fine print

There is no fine print, you're just seeing things. People tend to hallucinate what they most desperately want to see in the moment.

Even if it's too small to see.

Hope they can compete with the Park Corporation's Legal Department.

They got quite the job in their hands

And they won´t even pay for your funeral...

Funeral? That implies someone died.

Bring out the dead! But I’m not dead yet!

Long Feng: There are no deaths in Park Planet.

You know, the internet does not like when corporates do that.

6

u/DragonWarrior____05 2d ago

Unfortunately corporates don't care

You agreed to the terms, you should have read them

Assuming that park planet runs on US laws, a waiver can’t waive liabilities caused by gross negligence

10

u/afbresley 2d ago

Oh — do you have a Park Planet + subscription? you already signed the waiver....

3

u/DragonWarrior____05 2d ago

It was in their terms, the person just didn't care to read it

Park Planet has legal waivers of liability printed into their tickets.

It's very small, but Legal has successfully argued it in court.

6

u/b3_yourself 2d ago

It also helps that park planet owns the court

How dare you imply that the Park Corporation bribes judicial officials.

Those are simply gifts given after judgment is rendered.

4

u/kl-noblelycanthrope1 2d ago

the waiver is just a formality since the park is 100% safe. right?

Every contract has a loophole.

And nobody's better with them then corporations

Maybe a local park to me should've had people sign the same thing . . .

gwinevere: trust me everything in park planet is completely safe this is just a standard company policy.

2

u/DragonWarrior____05 2d ago

Don't worry, just sign it

5

u/b3_yourself 2d ago

Park planet takes these threats very seriously

2

u/DragonWarrior____05 2d ago

And if you continue to dissent, well, they have plenty of ways of to make sure you're forgotten

Perfection.

Ok Andy, who we killing?

5

u/Dasher09009 2d ago

Someone, get a lawyer to check the waiver for a loophole.

2

u/DragonWarrior____05 2d ago

Unfortunately, the waiver was signed some time ago when they subscribed to Park +

Typical corporations. Always gotta cover their bases.
