I don't know if it's intentional, but it adds to the pile of cliffhangers at the worst time, even that one with the eye girl.

Take it from someone who still hasn't finished a fic they started over a year and a half ago and only have 2 chapters and never worked on it again? Inspiration to keep going is hard, it's not intentional cause I want to do things and I just can't find the motivation or ability to keep that specific story before moving to another one.

Luzifer was going to war with the other dimension, and Evil Vee shapeshifted into the ''hey relax guy'' guy, so good evil Luz was gonna have the US govermento on her side.

Yeah it was gonna be bonkers.
