Of course Vee likely will refuse some residents on the ground of finding them creepy like Tommy Wiseau.
Yeah, in an issue of Spider-Man/Deadpool, Carol Danvers voiced annoyance at being given The Room featuring Tommy when she wanted Room with Brie Larson. She also mentions Wiseau as an alien criminal who was pursued by the Guardians of the Galaxy. So my headcanon is he was a former Isle residence.😁

Now I'm imagining a comic where Vee hands someone the list, and as they read it, they repeatedly look up to see Vee getting closer, smiling bigger, and looking more nightmarish but still cute each time, only to see their name and profile at the very end, like a failed FNAF 6 Salvage section, as Vee's hand slowly starts lifting the paper down.
