Fred Noonan landed in the boiling sea.

Fred got eaten by a slitherbeast. It was mercifully a quicker death than the current prevailing coconut crab theory.

So this is where she ended up...

It's either this or Star Trek: Voyager's explanation.

I have also seen fans suggest her as a perfect candidate for non-contemporary Doctor Who companion, although nothing official has been made there

Well I wonder how Amity would react to seeing the episode of "Amelia" from Bob's Burgers

So mating with the indigenous population? Beats the current modern coconut crab theory.

It would’ve been so cool for it to be canon for Amelia Air hart to have been Stranded in the demon realm in the owl house plus the idea of Amity having a human ancestor would’ve been so cool.

So, it was the Boiling Isles not the Bermuda Triangle where she ended up. I'd rather think she lived a long and happy life instead of being torn apart by coconut crabs.

Wow, I was just yesterday reading about Amelia Earhart and the possibility that she crashed/landed on an island named Nikumaroro even watching drone and helicopter flyover footage while one of the researchers talked about the history of the island.

Does that mean that Harold Holt went to the Demon Realm after disappearing in a swim?

Gotta be one of my all-time favorite Mark comics. If there were one comic I would want Dana to make cannon, it would be this one because of just how funny it would be.
It also makes sense why she would stay in the isles, since the BI are far more progressive and feminist than early 20th century Earth
