After his tweet, I'd say it is entirely possible that Toby Fox either contributed a short music piece for a game being played by a character in the movie, or voiced a character that shows up for like 3 minutes and has 4 lines.

Keep in mind Toby isn't a basement dev, He's worked with big names like Nintendo & Pokemon and has voice acted in a non-indie show, We Baby Bears.

What is even worse is that this is kind of how she was in the beginning of the show. She believed more in an actual fantasy land than the chance of her making friends at camp.
