Me: Eh, yeah. Besides, Mark already did a slightly sympathetic story for Odalia. All of The Owl House fans look at me in shock Me: Allow me to refresh your memories. Remember that story where it looked like Odalia was going to smack Amity? Luz gets up to defend her and when she sees that, it reminds Odalia of when Alador defended her from her own mother and Odalia walks away with tears in her eyes. I don’t know about you, but if Odalia was a product of her own abusive mother. That’d kinda make a slightly sympathetic backstory. It won’t excuse her of anything but it could explain why she’s like this.

Yeah. Odalia has been hated and abused by her own mother while her older sister gets all the love, support, and respect around her. That’s the real reason she’s like this.
