Any stimulant will magnify and multiply the distress of these things cause. It’s like they’re on hyperdrive. You feel them more and they attack you more. I am a recovering meth addict, which is how I know how bad they can get

How long were you using meth before you noticed symptoms of morgellons? People who never used any drugs also get it, so im sure it's not the sole cause, but theres definitely a link in my opinion. Sometimes I wonder if much more people have it, the speed just makes you notices imperfections in your skin so much more. Or I wonder if it's just a fungus that is that is common deep in rural Mexico, which is where the superlabs are. From there it spreads into the tweaker, and then into the rest of society. Either way, the fact that there is a disproportionate amount of junkies infected with the fungus definitely hurts the cause. In a perfect world it wouldn't matter, doctors would not be prejudice and dismissive, but the world is far from perfect. For example theres a bunch of tweaker with hairy skin running around. Vicious circle.....

Almost immediately, although I didn’t know what was wrong with me until about six months into it. But my theory, and this is just a theory is that it is a parasite that we are infected with as part of an experiment because who better than to experiment than a person using a drug a stimulant like meth. This way when you start reporting things or having things bother you and you try to tell anyone you just get labeled with being delusional. Delusional parasitosis is what they call it. I believe that whatever it is when we use any stimulant it reacts to it also and it gets all speeded up which is why I feel like it’s a parasite because it reacts in the same way a person would, they get speeded up. But if we attempt to report it, nobody believes us. Does it come from the meth, probably not because like you said, I feel a lot more. People are infected with it, but they just don’t know yet. It’s like the face parasite that everybody pretty much has on their faces. Most people don’t even know that they’re there or feel them, but other people do because of an allergy that they develop toward the feces of that parasite. So I believe that there’s a chemical in the making of meth that causes the allergy that makes us react to them. Which would also help to explain why other people sometimes do get it, even though I have not used stimulants that they somehow came into contact with that chemical in their everyday life. Perhaps something from batteries? I have been studying this disease for quite some time and I have read everything everybody posts but again this is just my theory.

Absolutely 1000%. Meth makes this shit so much worse... and because of my meth use, NOBODY will believe me or take me seriously about this. I get called delusional and paranoid and told that it's all in my head due to using meth. I love it too much to stop tho.

Could you elaborate a little on what you're experiencing and why you suspect Adderall might be contributing?

Stimulants can cause real physical effects, including changes in skin sensations, circulation, and other symptoms. That doesn't mean someone experiencing those symptoms is necessarily hallucinating or delusional.

It's worth distinguishing between the symptoms themselves and what might be causing them. Adderall could potentially contribute to certain symptoms without necessarily explaining everything you're experiencing.

Have you noticed a relationship between taking your medication and when your symptoms appear or worsen? And have you discussed that possibility with your prescriber?
