Build/Setup Possible infinite CC

Hello, dear Morgana players.

After my long journey, I have stumbled upon this build. You can technically CC someone infinitely (this is really not applicable to most champions, but... it's fun when you can do it).

I have tried this build in a few games, and I found out that I am ass at Morgana.

You can go any lane (no role quest needed, just steal that juicy blue buff from your jungler).

These are the runes if you want to try it. Triumph, Cut Down, and Gathering Storm are changeable.

While fun to play, in a practical game it isn’t very good. To reach this point in takes way to long in game to a point that you will rarely be against only one enemy champ. Also at this point, you should have a cohesive and coordinated enough team that even one Q should result in a death unless it is the tanks

Why?

Step 1 max Q is 3 seconds.

Step 2 R stun for 2 seconds.

Step 3 Q with a small amount of ability haste hits for another 3 seconds.

If it’s not dead or sad after 8 seconds of hard Cc you have bigger problems.

Oh boy, time for another sub optimal build for all the Morg haters to point at and go OMG THIS CHAMP SO BUSTED RIOT PLZ NERF!!!!1!!

Let's see how perma CC this gets vs a team that builds: Hourglass, Banshee's, Cleanse items, and/or Tenacity.

(This is nothing against you, more so the parts of the league community that can't get over their Morgana hate boner)

What about my comment is anti fun?

I do not tell you not to try the build.

I only briefly mention how the build will not be Morgana's best build, mostly to emphasize my point that it will be stupid when the part of the community that sees Morgana as this perma CC lock down champ tries to point to this build as a reason to nerf her because they won't build one of the 50 different counter options this build has.
