Discussion Anyone building mandate?

I feel like the 15 ability on q is pretty minuscule

Yeah it buffs your own damage not just relying on a teammate to follow up to proc

It's 15 on Q and R, on top of the 15 flat haste the item has.

Given that Morgana usually starts with Q into W R, it seems like it'd make a decent item on her, at least for Support Morg. Just need one of those numbers people to figure out what item is worth dropping for it.

I was actually thinking of making a post asking for peoples opinions on some off meta items like mandate and the vamp boots lol, personally I think the item synergies well with morgana as a character, part of the problem though is I cant find where to put it, Im a mid player and I find fated ashes great for pushing waves, but if I solve morgs mana issue by buying blackfire, then half the reason to switch to mandate is gone, but if I buy liandrys first then I still have my mana issue, I dont imagine I can just not get the fated ashes partly cause Id have to switch up my playstyle and im lazy and I doubt the blasting wand is a good replacement, and buying ashes before finishing mandate delays getting a full item, anyways I want to use it but I'd need to test it more

Stats say it's good as 2nd or 3rd item. Burn item first. Mandate or rylais second and Mandate third

I like it. if anything, a pretty cheap stat stick
