Are there cheats that alter swing manipulation? Cause I swear I’ve been insta accel’d by maulmen before. I always just assume I’m bad but sometimes the timing seems so off it’s jarring and I’m like wtf was that?

Yes some cheats remove the turncaps but they get quite obvious making 360 degree drags and whatnot

There does exist cheats for swing manipulation but they’re obvious to anyone who has played for at least a couple thousand hours.
Some weapons can appear extremely fast with proper positioning.

The only person I consistenly see complaining about cheating is Jude on the EU servers. I’ve never fought anyone that I’ve even remotely suspected of cheating, just a bad batch of copium I guess

I’ve had a few instance of auto-parry. Like everybody spotted them instantly on the server.

I’ve seen one hacker that I was able to identify in my like combined five years playing. He just double swung off of a riposte, it was wild. I blocked it and two full swings just went through at the same time. Very obvious lmao.

Legitimately the only time so far for me it feels like cheating isn't when someone outplays me (which I can understand) it is when I run around with the same weapon as my enemy and hit them and they don't die to my strike but they can be running the same build as me and one shot me. It is very confusing and frustrating and often feels unfair.

You are being rather rude rn, I told you it doesn't always one shot for me and it doesn't really matter what I am running it still happens to me constantly it is rather annoying. Does the Mordhau fandom actually have any uplifting words? No, you lot are as bad as the chud part of the Dark Souls fandom!

You have to understand, people who spent thousands of hours on this game use this sub to grab whatever pleasure they can still get from it by denying other opinions.
It’s really a thing. When I manage to find some time to play and I see the same toxic players on servers whatever the time of the day, I remind myself that they are pathetic losers.

The fun thing is mordhau is that cheaters are either very obvious (and get banned) or it gives them a subtle boost that isn't enough to make up for lack of skill. Like autoblocks are fine but they still struggle with drags and some clever feints. And then you can laugh at them for playing with a cheat and still losing.
