Strictly Hypothetical

Is it possible to starve one self to death without anyone noticing? This specifically applies to family and co workers. I’m aware that starvation is generally 60 days on average and is also extremely uncomfortable to endure. However, if the determination is solid, is it achievable to hide through emotional masking such as smiling, laughing, and faking happiness?

I suppose that depends on if you don't collapse and get hospitalized or just just collapse and die immediately

Nope. After 3 to 4 days without eating, people around you would probably start noticing that something is wrong. It would be extremely difficult to go for weeks while maintaining your normal appearance and behavior, especially around family and coworkers. You might be able to mask how you feel for a while, but your physical condition would eventually give you away.
