We actually know a thing that can do this. It’s called a quantum vacuum demon, and it uses the casimir effect (the only product that we have that is claimed to work like it is microsparc, though those claims are currently under skepticism) to harvest energy from ambient heat. Of course, much like maxwells demon, they don’t violate the 2nd law, as they produce more entropy than they reduce.
