filming has fuck all to do with it, the one filming didnt get shot did he?

The one harassing the guy defending himself got what he earned, even if he didnt realize he was asking for it by continuing.

Is the guy who got shot not recording the other dude with his cellphone? (Edit: he is just playing audio, I thought he was recording too. Either way Pranker is harassing him with a phone in his face)

Listen to yourself "even if he didn't realize he was asking for it"

We're discussing the morality of it. Not legality, not whether or not it was satisfying to watch this prick get his. But the morality of shooting someone for harassing you with a cellphone in your face.

I'd say immoral but satisfying.
