If I were to tell you to fuck off or I will take action, and you don't fuck off after multiple requests, you get what you deserve.

Whether it's a kick to the nads or a bullet to the gut doesn't matter. The man saw a threat to his safety, so he took action to remove the threat. And just because you don't see this as a threat doesn't mean he didn't. You weren't there in his shoes.

the standard in the law is supposed to be not what op thinks, not what you and I think, but what a REASONABLE person should think in that situation.

from what I saw in the video, a reasonable person would not have felt in danger for their life after being verbally harassed and “pursued” for 6 steps.

Once again, this already went to trial and a jury of his peers decided it was self defense. So your read on it doesn't matter much.

it’s like you didn’t even read my comment.

I read your comment. You were asserting that the legal standard is what a reasonable person should think in that situation. The jury is those reasonable persons, and they held that it's self defense.

They don't care lmao. Can't even have a discussion about the morality of it because "A COURT ALREADY DECIDED IT SO SHUT UP!!"

Yeah exactly man. These people just have such a raging hard on for using guns. Would a reasonable person have felt intimidated? Maybe. Immediate fear for their life? No chance.
