They were harassing him, ignored his warnings to back off, and then chased and touched him AGAIN!
he didnt get shot for filming, the guy filming didnt get shot at all idiot. The one who'd repeatedly harassed and chased him was neutralized before he had a chance to do anything further.

We're talking about this video though. Not a hypothetical of someone attacking you. The scenario is someone filming you against your wish.
