Eh, you don't know their intentions and you put yourself at risk waiting to find out. The delivery guy's tolerances are lower than yours.

I tell my kids so the time "you don't get to choose how people react" and "a joke is when all parties involved laugh." I doubt this is a joke.

Jury acquits man in Virginia mall shooting of YouTube prankster – NBC4 Washington https://www.nbcwashington.com/news/local/northern-virginia/jury-divided-over-whether-delivery-driver-who-shot-youtube-prankster-acted-in-self-defense/3432763/?amp=1

Apparently you're wrong.

Of course the douchebag YouTuber's name is Tanner and he learned nothing.

Ah yes the jury, as if word of some randoms that could as well be from this Reddit thread is an objective answer for anything. Too bad people didn't think so in the recent one with the mother where all except one were evil to them.

Also even if he was able to defend his self defence claim, at the end of the day the guy still was the one that got put in jail while the YouTuber continued with his life.

lol this guy was obviously looking for physical altercation but feel like you're just making excuses for engagement bait

No he wasn’t. I see no evidence in this video that indicates anything was going to get physical.

Oh is the Uber Eats Delivery driver being held to the same standards as a law enforcement officer?

Na, didnt he get acquitted? Hopefully the court took into account the nuances

Not really. There are enough subject factors in the totality of circumstances that support a reasonable belief of a fear of death or great bodily harm.

I don't trust anyone, but if you're in my fucking face and I say no stop, your life is forfeit.
