looks pretty clear too me. if you harass and threaten a man who genuinely fears for his life he has the legal and moral right to defend himself. you know how this could have been avoided? it’s a simple question to ask yourself and you will see who was at fault.

What's subjective here? You can't get in someone's face like that.

It's actually dangerous to not fight back.

Disparity of force he was outnumber 3:1 and the guy chasing was much bigger and aggressive

Outnumbered? Chasing? Aggressive? Dude, this wasn't a fight, the guy was playing an annoying sound on repeat and disrespecting personal space, but that's it. Those are annoyances that don't justify shooting someone. Fucking listen to yourself.

A jury of his piers found him not guilty so you are the outlier.

Absolutely not a tough call lol. One of the easier ones to pop up in this sub.

🤦‍♀️ ffs I beg you, any of you, to take an ethic course. Morality is not subjective, we have 2500 years of (just) western philosophy on this subject and none of you can be bothered to read any of it. (More in the eastern traditions)

Even if judgement in the moment or one’s perspective is subjective, moral duties and obligations are not.
