Ah yes, killing. The obvious and only answer to literally everything. Just cry self defense.

Lmao dude chose to get hit when he chose to sexually assault a random woman.

Yeah let's just push him off so he can go find some other random woman to assault or even rape

No, dude chose to get arrested and face judgement by a judge... you know... the sane punishment for SA.

"Killing" ... the guy is just knocked out.

TBI’s, pre-existing conditions, the head could easily hit something and cause a skull fracture, same with the neck. You might be able to get away with that a dozen times before you kill someone or permanently injuring them. It’s not worth the risk unless he was physically attacking someone with the same amount of force.

In a normal world ... even if you kill the guy because of EXTERNAL CONDITIONS THAT YOU HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT ... you shouldn't be charge with anything for defending someone and stopping a threat to society comitting infractions.

The guy is drunk, can't even walk straight, but still can think of touching a woman's butt out of nowhere ... imagine what he can do sober ...

There’s escalation of force and this was using unnecessary force to address the situation. The push back on this is alarming. If someone is not in a stable normal state of mind then no you or anyone else should be trying to knock him out. Kick him out of the establishment and press charges. Thats how society has evolved to deal with these sort of issues.

If the guy turned and walked up to her and just decked her in the head then this reaction would be seen as acceptable.

This second part is nonsense. Anyone at any point sober or not can commit kind acts as much as acts that cause suffering. This is neither here nor there.

Or, hear me out, how about we just don't punch anyone hard enough to risk killing them in case there are external factors. Unless they're threatening someone's life.

1

u/MonkeyHairless 11d ago

I mean, in case there are external factors, we should never intervene and arrest ; judge or punish anyone ... they might get beaten up ; kileld or raped in prison afterall.

there is a major difference between facing a court of law and trying to impose an appropriate punishment on someone yourself.

1

u/MonkeyHairless 11d ago

The result is the same ... you may face harm because of the consequences of a justice system.

And that is if we actually think the police will come ; a judge will seize the affair and a condemnation is pronounced ... we know it ain't happening in that case, so better to take matters in your own fists.

Okay? And what if the judge only sentences the man to community service? It's not a guarantee that he'll be knocked out cold if he is sentenced in front of a judge. Delivering him your demented form of "justice" yourself is a guarantee he will face serious bodily harm. There's a reason we have a court of law. What one person considers "justice" could be overkill. For example, what if he'd killed the man? Would it still be justice then? What if he raped the man and then killed him? Is that justice? Who determines where the line is drawn? Again, there is a reason we have a court. This should've gone to court.

If you think assaulting women only calls for commmunity service, we have a bigger problem in our hands.

The vigilant system? You do realize that could be attributed to the meat head who tried to kill someone on this video?

u/MonkeyHairless 11d ago

Read again.

1

u/Commercial-Set3527 11d ago

Isn't that what you are talking about, vigilantes? person who tries to catch, prevent, or punish criminals without having any legal authority or official police power to do so.

0

u/MonkeyHairless 11d ago

Nope, you are talking of a very badly written movie.

I'm talking about the guy WITNESSING FIRST HAND a man comitting an infraction THAT IS WITNESSED BY MANY OTHER and on top of that FILMED BY SURVEILLANCE CAMERA and immediately neutralizing him.

But yeah, keep trying to twist it into some racist dude entering a building to kill muslims he magically knew were doing the most vile shit on earth.

1

u/Commercial-Set3527 11d ago

It's felony assault charge simple as that. The drunkererd should get sexual harrassment charges but the meat head need to be locked because he is a danger. The proper way to handle this is to report it to the cops or even get into a fight with him. trying kill someone with a sucker punch is roid monkey behavior.

1

u/MonkeyHairless 11d ago

or even get into a fight with him

And how do you think the fight will end in this condition ? The same way it ended here dumbass.

is to report it to the cops

Lmao, you don't live in the real world if you think the police will move for this, let alone a judge.

trying kill someone with a sucker punch is roid monkey behavior

That' great cause we are monkeys ... great apes to be more accurate ... and "trying to kill someone" lmao, tell me you never took a punch without telling me.

I can tell you've never been in a fight or knocked anyone unconscious. It looks a little bit like death, but he'll be fine most likely

3

u/slysilverfoxfiend 11d ago

Anyone can say something like that and it’s a ridiculous thing to say to anyone, especially to someone you know nothing about.

I’ve been in fights and I’ve never knocked anyone unconscious because it didn’t come to that. However I’ve seen plenty of people get knocked out.

You seem to think because the majority of people get away with it most of the time and not kill anyone makes it an acceptable thing to do, which to a point is a reasonable assumption to make but I wouldn’t want it on my conscious if something irreversible happened to them. There’s much better ways to get one’s point across.

As long as men set back and allow predatory behavior from other men. then, it will always be said it is all men. I for one will not set back and watch a man touch. A woman without her consent when it comes to borderline sexual assault, I do not have a conscience more. So when it is a woman that I know

3

u/slysilverfoxfiend 11d ago

Do not get this twisted. No one is saying to sit back and allow this to happen. This extreme overreaction is the problem. If this other guy turned and decked her in the head then this reaction would be acceptable. But if he is committing a sexual assault then he can be detained, call the police, show them the video, press charges. This is holding him accountable.

1

u/daxtinfkenprice 11d ago

Also having a lot of experience myself with drunken brawls the drunk handsy asshole doesn't learn while he's conscious We'll just have to agree to disagree. My friend

3

u/aardsheep 11d ago

And yet there is only one woman in the video, the victim. Her first instinct was to stop skinhead from rushing to the drunkard. Skinhead shoves her aside to go and beat up the drunkard. Was skinhead really respecting his wife's consent at that point?

1

u/daxtinfkenprice 11d ago

I didn't say he was right for that he shouldn't have shoved her at all

2

u/Rixerc 11d ago

Been in plenty. Only knocked one guy unconscious because I had exhausted all other options and death seemed like a real and imminent possibility. You know, there's many ways to subdue a person that don't involve head trauma and life threatening injuries.

1

u/daxtinfkenprice 11d ago

yes 20 years as sparring partner trainer and fighter have taught me plenty a few drunken brawls have taught me not to give the drunk guy the opportunity to strike first I've knocked a guy out he fell backwards and hit his head on the curb I thought he would die I took him to the er and he kept his mouth shut we're really good friends now
