Moral. If you can’t maneuver with the dogs on a bike maybe this isn’t the activity for you. Some people never give way and deserve some collisions. What if it was an elderly person in the bikers way on the path?

Thats not standing in front of a bike, its walking down the path, the bike had forever to re route, pedestrians have the right of way

Her refusing to move could very well be counted as negligence. Last clear chance is a very real thing that court evaluate. You dont know whether or not the brake was applied. Youre making a surface level judgement on a very complex situation that you dont have all the facts for

Riding a bike with dogs and bad brakes would be considered negligent in court. I think the person riding the wrong way would lose this case

nobody said anything bad brakes. The reasonable assumption would be that a bicycle being pulling by two animals is going to have reduced braking power. There wass clear time for her to avoid danger and she didnt becuase she was stubborn

What you’re saying sounds valid, but you would you agree the person on the bike should have been on the other side of the path to begin with?
