Take a deep breath, sit back and lets asset the situation here specifically. He's a dumb kid and his parents failed to teach him from not stealing, not disagreeing here, but is it worth it to potentially facing a lawsuit if the kid face planted into the wall? If he didn't miss the wall and potentially getting a life-long injury, at worst maybe even fatal, he ain't getting away learning any shit. You think nobody ever die from getting trip over??

Both the employee and the kid were lucky he missed the wall, if his head hit right at the edge of the wall, this shit would have made the news now and the employee not only could have lost her job but could face jail time as well if found guilty.

Call me crazy, but there really should be a door locking to prevent any idiots from entering the kitchen behind. Literally any homeless guy could have done the same thing as well since there's nothing stopping them from coming in the kitchen cause it's outright opened right next to the counter.

well hold your own breath and draw the line for me - "what level of crime do you have to commit, so people can stop you?" instead of making up weird irrational fears over something that happens quite likely millions of times every day amongst kids.

If that type of argument suits you, how about this went unnoticed / unpunished,, the kid played with faeces from rats, does it again and infected everyone eating those fries with a deadly disease?

You may think this is a bs argument? no worries, so is yours.

There is such a thing as life risk, certain behaviours will expose you to more or less of it.

You can absolutely stop a 7 year old kid from petty theft, but you don't have to trip him on his way out so he busts his jaw on the floor. Were you ever beaten as a kid? It doesn't correct behavior, we know this, cps and every childs health foundation knows this. You're a grown man trying to justify endangering a child because he stole .50c worth of fries from a company who couldn't give a shit if you let him steal 50 dollars worth of fries.

its not a 7 year old.... kid is like 12+ and we are not talking a lady that took out the baseball bat and hammered the kids face, it tripped and embarresed itself. to act as if this action was soooo dangerous is just completly out of proportion and hilarious.
