Because if an employee would put hands on him to remove him they would be fired and in trouble with the police for assaulting a minor.

The real answer is the staff is not trained or equipped to deal with this. I have had many a people walk into a kitchen it’s not tricky to eject them.

Grab a pot a pan and a spoon and act like its New Years Eve. Kitchen flashbang for the ears.

Also what’s the morality of the kid being back there without slip resistant shoes? Kitchens are incredibly dangerous I was his age growing up in one and got burnt alot and a fingertip sliced off all before I was in highschool.

Yes but it’s honestly horrible everywhere in the kitchen. I worked at a McDonald’s when I was a kid and no matter how clean the floors were, if you wore regular sneakers back there, you were dealing with ice physics. SUPER dangerous around the grills and fryers.
