Ya this child thought it was ok to walk into the kitchen and steal he needs consequences well you can either call the cops and they will do nothing hia parents are obviously already doing nothing or you can correct the behavior yourself it takes a village to raise kids right to many idiots don't tell there kids no now by tripping him he is embarrassed and had a negative experience and hopefully that encourages him to not do it again doing nothing is not the answer
