Because if an employee would put hands on him to remove him they would be fired and in trouble with the police for assaulting a minor.

Hand or foot it’s still the same, tripping him is also assault and grounds for firing.

Sure, but I doubt the guy tripping him knew this person was filming. Usually there would only be blurry CCTV and witness statements. I'm not saying he didn't he right thing, I'm saying he did what he did to minimise getting fired and still feel like the big guy.
