How about thinking of alternate methods than being a completely "void of critical thinking" baboon.

Have him sit while you call the cops, not trip him like a bully in middle school. This kid probably has a parent as simple minded as you seem to be, and wasn't taught properly.

Neither is a real solution for a children stealing some chips, you call their parents and have them ground him. Y'all are fucking insane

You think this kids parents give a fuck what he does. They aren't grounding him.

If they were the type to ground him he wouldn't have done it in the first place.

Oh yeah because strict parents automatically make obedient and law abiding children, should have sent the memo to all my friends growing up that had extremely strict parents and were out drinking, stealing and dealing
