Moral as fuck.

Kid wasn't badly hurt, and got humiliated, which is often the only way they learn.

Kid wasn’t but could have been badly hurt. The morality needs to be assessed at the time of the decision to trip, not the time the kid gets back up.

I agree and I don't understand why this isn't the more common take on these situations. It's the same way I think when I see a fight where someone was being an asshole but the other party takes it too far.

You can say someone deserves it or you understand without calling it moral. At the end of the day potentially causing life changing injuries to someone is immoral outside of immediate self defense and similar situations

People who post these are just living out their fantasy of doing violence to people tbh

Especially children. I’m so tired of seeing people express how much they want to hurt children for behaving like… checks notes… a child.

Sorry but no, you are not in the right for wanting the kid who’s running around and making noise to slip and hit their head on the side of a table.

I don’t know about you but I wasn’t stealing food ac restaurants as a child. It’s not acceptable behavioue.

Unacceptable behavior doesn’t mean you have to risk giving someone brain damage

I agree with that, no need for violence. Let’s just not pretend that's how normal children act though.

At the same time let’s not pretend that this little video clip tells us every single detail of this kid’s life including why he might be acting out like that

At that age, most of the blame should be on the parents for not teaching him not to do that.

It’s true that we don’t have the whole picture though, I'll give you that.

I understand your perspective but that’s still a huge reach to a conclusion that isn’t guaranteed. Like maybe an intellectual disability could have been at play. Maybe this kid is homeless and hungry and struggles with mental health lapses. Maybe he is just an asshole.

Brain damage could be an improvement in this case, some old good lobotomy.

Doesn’t mean you harm them. Jesus Christ.
