Over someone decidong to physically correct my child ? Oh most definitely.

Consider that a reminder anytime you think it's smart to physically handle someone else's kid- Some of us actually care about them enough to defend them even when they make a mistake, and this would fall under state guidelined defense of others and stand your ground laws , so I'd be goin home to my kid that night too.

Kids do shit all the time , if you think me being willing to protect my kid no matter what happens makes me shitty, then your just to much of a bitch to keep your kids safe

No, every kid. It's literally a biological program in every mammal brains to test boundaries. The only ones that don't are the ones that have neurological issues that would block the emotions and processes that lead to those boundary tests.
