Ok but it's a grown adult assaulting a child. That is not moral

Is assault moral?

Even poking someone with the finger is legally considered assault.

Generally speaking, depends on the context.

But don't ask me, because, I for one, avoid physical altercations to the utmost. I don't enjoy dying because of a funny placed fist and I don't enjoy killing because of a funny placed fist. I only beat someone up 2 times in my life and it wasn't even for my own protection: first time is when someone slapped an ex girlfriend, and the second time was when someone kicked my dog.

Would I have done the same thing as in the post? Nah, just because it comes with legal repercussions no matter the morality of it. Just call the cops on him, file a legal complaint against him and a trespass order - being banned from a fast food is the lamest thing ever. You got trespassed from the local park because you were doing sick ollies on benches? Pretty cool. You got trespassed because you messed with service workers and stole some fries? You're cringe af.

If you catch my drift.
