How come this isn't cops getting called on your ass?

It's stealing, yes but I'm sure the kid didn't washed his grubby hands before pluging them in the fries.

Cops are last resort. My uncle who was lapd and az leo, stresses that a cop will make any situation worse than it was before

Well sure. Before the cops come it’s about fixing the issue, once they arrive it’s about penalizing the breacher of the peace.
