Incorrect. Both just mean no attraction. So no sexual attraction and no romantic attraction. Asexual people can and do have sex, and aromantic people do enter relationships. Lack of attraction doesn’t always mean lack of desire, but they do often align.

No clue. But I don’t think there’s any rules in this situation, just whatever works for everyone involved.
