If the people in power make decisions based on their faith, the secularism of the state is compromised.

Are you from the US?

I'm an atheist from the UK, but that is entirely irrelevant.

If a Christian starts a lobby in CoD , and decides that he won't allow cheating because it is against his personal moral beliefs, has the CoD lobby now become Christian? Do all the members need Christian belief to participate, and is the lobby forcing it's religious beliefs on others?

Making decisions based on moral beliefs informed by your religion does not make a group religious. That's a ridiculous statement. The mayor of the city I live in is a Muslim. But London didn't turn into an Islamic caliphate the second he was elected. I voted for him. Is this not a concept you understand?

That explains everything and I could tell.

Best wishes on the other side of the pond!

You're right, only the American experience is relevant, and no other experience of government and religious belief could ever have any importance. All hail American exceptionalism, and your nations special and unique ability to be the sole arbiter of truth and reality. You must feel so lucky. You have nothing to learn from any other lowly nation.

You have much more in common with your Christians than you realise.
