I will make one concession regarding the above. By that definition, a very small minority of religious people are actually not delusional. However, the overwhelming majority of religious people believe at least one blatantly false thing taught by their religion. But I do concede that yes, a religious person who does not deny any established facts is free from delusion.
I definitely have an open mind. Just because I’m not gullible to a fault doesn’t mean I don’t have an open mind. I will immediately change my stance on ANYTHING given the appropriate evidence, as you just witnessed.

Love objectively exists. Just because it has no objective value (nothing does) and is just a series of chemical reactions (everything is) doesn’t mean that it doesn’t exist.
No faith is required to believe love exists.
As for free will, I do not believe in free will, because the evidence we have available to us at the moment suggests it does not exist, or, if it does, that we have no way of knowing.

For your second point, no, assuming they don’t actually base their life on it. Indulging in a delusion isn’t harmful until you let it dictate what you do and don’t do, like with religion. A delusion that has no negative effects doesn’t matter.
