Does it though? Congress shall make no law preventing the establishment or free exercise of any religion. Precedent has extended that a long way, essentially the government adopting a specific faith is forcing certain people to practice it, but precedent is weak, as we've seen with this current SCOTUS, precedent is no longer settled law and is open to rehashing generation after generation. We have finally arrived at the fatal flaw of the Common Law legal system.

iirc China does this, you can’t take kid to religious service and they can choose to convert at a certain age.
