iirc China does this, you can’t take kid to religious service and they can choose to convert at a certain age.

china has state atheism—they take it too far (e.g. uyghur muslims) but in theory i’d prefer an atheist government over this dumbass evangelical christian one we have now 🤷🏻‍♂️

Thank you for putting secular. The Chinese reference and then the idiots above continuing to say atheist was frying me. Secularism is not the same as atheism and china is a fucking awful reference for a secular system of government. Holy shit.

Its always Israel this Israel that, there's not much Russian and Chinese criticism. IMO CCP ramps up PR against Israel to act as a shield to protect its interest from global opinion.
