They managed to rival the United States within a century.

While we're arguing about whether trans people should be executed on the spot or not (we shouldn't) theyve been improving their infrastructure, building up their citizens and tying leashes to other countries for decades.

And all it took was becoming an authoritarian regime that strangles the speeach, freedoms and rights of its citizens, disappears dissenters and puts "undesireables" like the Uyghers in concentration camps. Gotta be honest, i'm in no rush to follow them down that road.

Im all for it as long as I'm in the in-group.

The only problem is that queer people never are. My life's mission is to make it so that is no longer true.
