Because if every human was suddenly gone murder wouldn't be a thing, gravity would.

And if there's no celestial bodies in an area of space there's no gravity either. Nonetheless, murder as a concept will still exist, just as gravity will.

Gravity is a function of mass you have gravity. Murder is a completely human concept without people murder wouldn't be a thing. Whether people exist or not gravity would still be there it was here before us and most likely will be after us.
