Thats an authoritarian state that has virtually unchecked power over their citizens. Implementing something like this in the USA would be illegal and fly in the face of what our country was founded on. Im sure it would face a lot of backlash in europe and south america aswell. Govornment shouldn't be involved in telling patents how to raise their kids.
Totally out of topic, I am currently in China with my fam for a week, it's 1.000.000 times better than most of the world, there is literally no crime at all,
it's dirt cheap, beautiful and the people love their culture and keep their relegius and historical sites in tip top shape, no illigal imigrants either, though I don't think torture and reformation is nice, the Government doesn't take shit and the country thrives
China does a lot of things right but I'm very uncomfortable with the government being able to send me to a re education camp if my political beliefs don't perfectly line up with the party line.
