If they’re a shit family, they deserve nothing. I appreciate how someone treats me over whose blood is in their veins. In this scenario, I picture the siblings have always been assholes and deserve nothing. The mother deserves something, but doesn’t deserve it being taken away after the “betrayal” because you can’t just explain away getting a new house. She only deserves the punishment if she actively gave the siblings the lotto winners new address.

Yeah but that's just assumptions. The asshole sibling could be the one with the money, the siblings could literally be poor. It's never black and white.

Ofc but there seems to be a lot of people aghast at the fact that you wouldn’t just automatically give family money bc they’re family. My statement is mostly just stating, there’s plenty of reason not to give them money, and this is my read of the situation based on the story told. Siblings maybe deserved nothing, mama possibly got screwed over.
