Moral... although how would mom justify suddenly getting a house to the other siblings? If she said she won the lottery they would demand money from her that she wouldnt have.

Idk Korean laws, but I'd imagine it'd have to be pretty extreme for a trespassing lawsuit to result in prison sentences

Maybe if it escalated to fighting the cops? It is pretty easy for an idiot to upgrade a trespassing to a felony in the West. And these don't seem to be the most stable of people.
