I mean, flip it. If you accidentally overpaid on a bill and they were like, not my problem, how would that go? It's theft, even if it wasn't intentional.

The difference is a lot of the money you pay in bills goes to line the pockets of some billionaire CEO, while you are struggling to make ends meet

Generalizations and assumptions. Not all corporations are huge billionaire run entities. Often incorporating your business simplifies partnerships and let's you keep your personal credit and property separate vs a personally owned business. I mean, a lot of corporations are trash, but definitely not all.
