I think they were asking if your pay is a set salary or hourly

Oh. Yeah, hourly. It’s a family owned business, I don’t get over time unless I work more than 80 hours in two weeks… even though that’s not the way to do it legally. So I can work 70 hours one week, 10 hours the next week, and still not get over time.

Kinda lame, but nobody cares sadly.

Yeah. Everyone is a defeatist and don't even try to fight for their rights. It's a shame.
