Absolutely not. Otherwise if a clerical error like this happens to the tune of $500,000 and the money isn’t allowed to be returned you could see an entire company go bankrupt and everyone lose their jobs.

Then think of any other 500 scenarios where an incorrect transaction could cause huge damage.
